X-FORCE ON THE MAIN LINE

X-Force is a revolutionary strength training program brought to the United States from Sweden. The program combines advanced negative weight training technology with expert guidance and instruction to produce real results with a commitment of only 30 minutes once a week.

The fundamental point of X-Force Training, compared to other forms of training, is to deliver a combination of static, concentric and increased eccentric resistance. A patented tilting weight stack allows for a 40% heavier resistance on the “negative” (lowering) part of the exercise. This heavier weight necessitates a higher intensity of effort, and results in greater strength gains over less time.

Our trainers will work with you to effectively apply the 3-1-5 method consisting of three seconds of raising action, one-second pause and five seconds of lowering action. This high intensity workout is revolutionary and only available on the Main Line at The Sporting Club.
