RIDE at The Sporting Club Main Line
Our classes focus on the fundamentals and provide an authentic biking experience featuring a variety of terrains to burn calories, deliver a cardio workout, and condition your muscles. In our classes you can expect sprints, long straight-aways, rolling hills, mountains and more. We emphasize form and help each rider build power and strength with each session on the bike. Our dedicated instructors are available prior to every class to help with bike set up, questions and more. We provide a welcoming class environment for both new and experienced riders .
Our daily class schedule includes both 45 minute and 60 minute rides as well as combo classes featuring 45 minutes of riding and 15 minutes of core work. We also provide “tack on” classes to work the core and arms following your one hour ride.
