We offer programs geared towards children and their families. Teaching the importance of a fit lifestyle at an early age provides the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.

Tiny Trees Yoga

Tuesdays at 10:50 am

Teaches basic yoga themes and encourages movement, fitness, self-calming, learning and focus. No special equipment or experience required. Kids should come dressed to move. For children ages 2 and 3.  Taught by Instructor Lauren Moran, a licensed occupational therapist certified in children’s yoga.  Cost:  $15 per class. Register in MindBody.

Mommy + Me Movement

Thursdays – 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm

For children ages 1 to 3. Rhythm based dance class exploring movement through music, imagination and creativity.  Parents will learn how to take the movements learned in class and adapt for activities at home.
