Spiral Yoga Workshop with Susan Gore

Spiral Yoga is a Dynamic Vinyasa Flow which students move freely through a wide variety of asanas.  Infused with spirals and circular motion, it is best described as a Yoga Dance with pauses for poses.  it will leave you feeling alive, strong, and refreshed.

FITT Tech Impact Kickboxing with Michael

Saturdays  |  2pm & 3pm
 
Learn the practical application behind punches and kicks.  Get an up close look at how to correctly execute powerful punches and kicks to get into shape and build your confidence.  Get ready to break a sweat and bring out the fighter in you!
 
Limited to 5 people per session.  Minimum of 2 people per session.

Tiny Trees Yoga
For Children Ages 2-3

Tuesdays 10:50am to 11:20am  |  Starts February 13

This 5 week workshop will teach yoga themes and encourage movement, fitness, self-calming, learning, and focus.  No special equipment or experience required.  Kids should come dressed to move.

Class instructur Lauren Moran is a licensed occupational therapist and is certified in children's yoga.

Cost:  $15 per class  |  $65 for 5 Class Pack  |  $120 for 10 Class Pack
